How do self-improvement projects

The path to good self-esteem
To get to be better about ourselves, how we enjoy and be confident, we must work the concept of self-esteem. That is, our own assessment or, as many people call the "self."

To do so, we have already commented Eliceo Reading about self-esteem, how to improve self-esteem, and now I will approach a way to develop self-improvement projects so that everyone will get valued more and therefore bear a life more enjoyable.

As a first step we must realize that these projects are a way to improve and get certain things we want. And to achieve these objectives, a wave of positivity flood the body and which will increase self esteem. To do these projects, consider four steps.

First: Get a clear objective and concrete. Here we must consider what we want to accomplish, achieve or what we want to do, bearing in mind that the goal should be:

Honest. What we really want.
Personal. The goal should be something we do not tell us anything else.
Realistic. See who can really achieve, otherwise it would fail to minimize self-esteem.
Some examples include: Adopt a matter, improve a personal appearance, save money, improve the relationship with someone, etc.

Second, specify the tasks to achieve the objective. Rinse the objective is to determine how to do to get and set a sensible time to be realized (three weeks, a month, etc.). Remember that it is a path and the goal is achieved by walking the same facts and not take shortcuts.

For example, if the goal is to pass a subject, the tasks will be: get the program of study, consult libraries, ask opinions of those who know the subject, contacting the teacher, make and clarify doubts, and so on. And this will take time which can vary depending on the amount of study material there.

Third: Organize your tasks in a particular order. If the tasks are done at the same time, we fall into the disadvantage that it is impossible to achieve the objective. It is therefore necessary to establish the order of the tasks and thus build a work plan. The order should be logical.

Fourth: Begin to perform the tasks and evaluate how they are developed. Here we are in the implementation of the proposed improvement. It is important that, as they are performing the tasks of the plan, be evaluated to see if there is something to change or not. If one can not be impartial at this point, it is good to ask advice or view a friend or relative.
